Every now and again I find myself just throwing things together at the drop of a hat for dinner. Surprisingly they are pretty good. Last night I did and here is the recipe below.
1 box of SeaPak Shrimp Scampi Butter & Garlic Tails Off
1 small sandwich bag of raw broccoli florets
Start with sauteing your shrimp scampi per the directions on the box. While waiting for that to cook put your sealed bag of florets in the microwave for 60 seconds. Once the scampi has cooked down and the florets have steamed in the bag, empty the bag of broccoli in your skillet with the shrimp. Stir it up with a wooden spoon so the sauce can cover the broccoli. Put a top on and then dice up your avocado. Once you have finished dicing your avocado your shrimp and broccoli should be ready. Place your food on a plate and add your avocado. Enjoy your meal!
