Pan Seared Tilapia

Ingredients:

Tilapia

Capers

White Cooking wine

Red Pepper Flakes

Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Parmesan Cheese grated

Olive Oil

Preparation:

Season your tilapia with lemon pepper, red pepper flakes, and parmesan cheese.

Instructions for cooking:

Turn your burner on the medium high setting. Coat your pan with a little olive oil. Add your fish and let it get color on each side. Add the capers and white wine. Make sure it’s cooked thoroughly then add to your plate with a side.
